ALIEN FATHER


DREAM TOPIC: ALIEN

SUMMARY
Alien is my father and he is disappointed with my mental growth.

COMMENT
I'm on the left of the dream screen (and to his left) and feel the way I normally do in waking state (or would feel if the event was real) and I am more slender and am perhaps younger. There is some uncertainty whether I was observing the entire dream or participating. I felt the emotions.

DREAM ACCOUNT
Participating or Observing. I'm walking close beside a tall Alien who is my father (to his left), and I know I am his offspring (child). His skin is brown or gray color but it definitely isn't white. (I no longer remember his face). I am wearing a gold color. We're walking hand in hand down a four foot wide corridor. I feel in awe of this being like a daughter[1] feels about her daddy. Straight ahead of us is a wide stage-like platform with whitish cream flooring and goldish colored ropes coiled on the floor. There are other things on the stage. There seems to be at least one other person in this brightly lit area.

The Alien wants to test my knowledge, so he asks me to plug something into an outlet. I get the impression that he (and whoever is with him) is standing (off screen) far right (to my left). Unfamiliar with how to accomplish the task, I look for the outlet but realize I'm taking too much time. I finally find the outlet towards the back left of the stage and plug the cord into a socket (or an object?).


He says that I don't have as much knowledge as I should have by now, and he is dissatisfied with that. He sounds matter-of-fact about my lack of knowledge, and I feel he is berating me[2], that it is my failure.

NOTES

For some reason I feel that I may be male not female.

Upon awakening I understood that he was annoyed with those in charge of knowledging me.

SUMMARY
I greet girl that may be an Alien hybrid.

PRELIMINARY EVENTS
While sitting on the couch I drifted off to sleep and had the following dream.

DREAM ACCOUNT
Participating or Observing. I'm in a dark space, and across from me a little girl[1] is brought forward out of the shadows. I can't see who is with her because they remain obscured in the shadows. It's like there's just enough light (soft whitish hue) to illuminate her and the area before her. She's looking at me, and I'm happy to see her. I seem to know who she is. It's like she's a relative, my child or sister. I kneel, stretch out my arms and exclaim something like, "Oh, End![2] It's so good to see you." Whoever is with her, releases her arm and she runs to me and into my arms. I hug her affectionately, saying something about being glad to see her and asking how she was.


COMMENT
This felt different from a mere dream; this felt real. In fact, it had the same feel of certain dreams I used to have in the 90's when I'd be greeting unknown family that was of obvious Alien origin. "End." Also, at some point in the dream the word "EastEnd" is used.

NOTES

—[1]—
She's standing there wearing a light color dress (that comes just to the knees with a full, gathered skirt). Her hair is either blonde or light red--I think it's blonde. On top of her head the hair is short with semi-curled tufts (that sweep upwards). Her face is full, a little long with a rounded square shape (See sketch). She is so pretty. Adorable. Her complexion is a pale color like white or that of a fair skin black, perhaps a pale blue. I only remember the shape of her head; facial features forgotten.

Her name is remembered as being "End."
